You don't have tiny twins, they are school age, right?  I'm not telling you 
what to do, just giving you my thoughts.  I would give them a little bit of 
something new and ask that they eat it.  It doesn't have to be much, maybe a 
bite or 2. Tell them they need to have a bite or 2 before getting any more 
rice. V
