Humorously, I'm listening to Faith Hill's "Piece Of My Heart."  But, that
has nothing to do with this message!  Hahahaha!

Jo Elizabeth, the answer is: Have Sarah go on a small diet, at this time.
 Clear liquids only; no strong sodas like Ginger ale; it won't help.  Use
plain rice; do not fry it.  Avoid all dairy products; it will lead to
vomitting, and excess diarrhea..  Do not toast your bread with adding
things like butter, toast the bread and leave that alone.  She should begin
to feel better, after a day or so.
