It's not their job, it's yours to know how the carseat fits into the car
and get on e that meets the baby/child's needs and also one that can
work via the belt. 
The sit&stroll does this well. 
I also don't much care what some cabbie or any driver "would rather I
not have" I care that should we be in an accident, we've all done what
we can to survive it.

oh here they would rather you not have it they don't know how to buckle
