Yes, it talks. The voice isn't the best electronic voice I've ever heard,
but the toy has five modes. One mode says the letter, one makes the sound
of the letter, one teaches before and after, one makes sounds like a dog
barking for D, and one sounds out a simple word like "ant" for A and "bus"
for B. There are also shapes like a star and a circle.
