[blparent] Blind Parents Meeting

Hi, Barbara,

I'm not sure about the statistics as to how many blind parents have 
encounters with social services, but we know it's shockingly high; at our 
meetings during convention as many as one in four have acknowledge having an 
incident where they were questioned or investigated.  Please be thinking 
about topics to discuss when we meet this year.
