Getting off wasn't my trouble, just getting everything on. But the good
thing is we learn fast. When you have a cold screaming baby, you learn to do

My first son had a big head so I either put him in a size larger or I made
certain the neck opening went over the top back edge of the head. The top
back eedge of the head is what comes out first and for some reason shirts go
over it with less resistance. Getting the shirt off is another adventure
altogether. 

Practicing on a doll or teddy bear really helps.

For those new mom's and dad's, let me tell you one of the most frustrating
things that happened to me when getting my new born dressed.  It sounds
simple now, but at the time, boy!
I was so scared of hurting her little head and getting the night shirt over
her head was almost impossible until my  sighted husband pointed out
something very important (of course this was after I was in tears) you can
pull up almost every outfit from the feet up. Hope this helps. V
