I really like my daughters alphabet town toy. I think it came from walmart.
It has 8 different modes to work on letters, spelling, what comes before or
after, counting the lights, following the light, and music. I found it as a
good start to teaching her letters. I also just recently bought a Leaper
Frog laptop. It cost $30, and talks a lot, so I have been able to help my
daughter to learn how to do the different games. It focues on letters,
numbers, music, and how to use the mouse. The only part that I found hard to
do is switch the game. It is a strip with flat buttons. I am sure it could
be labeled with raised dots if a parent wanted to be able to select the
game.
