[blparent] Halloween

When I grew up here in Brighton, it was a small town.  Practically a cow 
town--we had Burger King, and that was it.  Now all the chains have moved in 
and squeezed out the mom-and-pop stores, and we're almost part of Denver. 
Things change.  There are advantages and disadvantages of small town life, I 
guess.
