Broke down and bought the GW Micro Book Sense. I really like being able to
pick it up and in two or 3 button presses I'm listening to my text file, mp3
or nls book exactly where I left off.   I guess the next cell phone I get is
I'll have to look for a tiny one so I can stuff them both in the same belt
clip.  With a holster on each side there's no where for my 3 year old to
sit. LOL

I just put the mp3 books on the micro SD card of my cell phone and play
them over the speaker for my son.
There is software out there to convert cds to mp3s.  Haven't touched a
CD player either in ages.

Levelstar has something called the icon which is pretty cool.  It's
around $1500 I think.  For something cheaper and that is more portable,
I think some of the new i-pods have talking menus and you could get a
docking station with speakers from best buy or something like that.
