I think I got mine at NFB convention 100 years ago.  I bet you did not know

The timer I have has a double dot for 5 minutes, and a single dot for 2 and 
a half minutes. So if u needed 7 and a half minutes u would just set it to 
the single dot after the 5 minute mark. I am not positive where I got it 
from, since voc rehab bought it, but can ask tomorrow when they come for 
another reason.
