[blparent] child locators?

I don't think the locater is a bad idea, for when they stop moving maybe,
but for me I prefer to have bells on the child so I can follow her around.
Kaelyn does gymnastics with a group of parents and toddlers, and she runs
from one station to another and I just use my cane to navigate around the
obstacles and follow her. I attach the bells to belt loops on her pants
with zip ties, since they don't wear shoes in there. I definitely wouldn't
want to be constantly pushing a button and making the thing beep though.
