[blparent] Brushing Teeth

Hi.  Here's another tooth question, for once those teeth are in.

Sarah hates having her teeth brushed.  What tips are there for making things go a little easier, and for knowing I'm doing the job well?  She doesn't mind me doing the front teeth, but when I go further back in her mouth, she either bites down on the brush so I can't move it or spits it out.  I've tried plain water and also a tiny dab of toothpaste.
