As for the cabinet locks, my friend had some large magnets installed on the
inside of the cabinets and the only way you could open them was with a hand
held magnet which she kept way up high or in her purse or hiden where only
mom and dad could get to.  I will ask her where they got them from.  I think
for the other problem you are having, you might just have to scold him when
he does such a thing.  He is a bright child and I bet he will learn quickly
if mom is not happy with an action. V
