o this is hard, but if he is smart enough to open those things then he is smart enough learn not to do those things. I tend to be strict and nothing in my home but chemicals are put up and my nephew is learning to leave things alone. we do spank not for every thing but directly  disobeying will get you a spank. So I would tteach put that back or get spank and you will see half your problems gone. Bran
