[blparent] magnetic boards?

Hey y'all,
    Has anyone had any experience with any sort of magnetic board, storage case, easel? Anything like this? I am wanting to get Savannah something that we can use to work on letters, numbers, shapes, and many other things. I'd like to be able to do this somewhere than just at the fridge. 
Also, I've been making a lot of my own magnets such as family members faces and such. Are there any good magnet sets out there for learning purposes?
