Tammy,
I have not taken video with it but hte fact that it's so easy to use is what makes it accessible. YOu press the button to record, then press the same button to stop. There's another button on it to access a few options but it's not necessary to do this to operate the camera without vision. YOu know where to point it because of the sound you hear and the newest model has a featurethat allows for the video to not shake even if your hands are not steady holding the camera. I have not taken any video with it as I don't own one myself, but I think it will be easy to use and the video quality will be good enough for what we want it for. It does not need to be fancy perfect quality, it's just for family home movies. I'd suggest you go to an electronics store and check one out yourself so you can see how easy it is to operate.

Then you can put he video on your computer to edit or upload. It's only about 150 dollars. We plan to get one before our baby is born because I would love to be able to capture those moments especially since I"ll be the one home with the baby.
