[blparent] falling asleep?

My aunt who has limited vision, put skylights all over her house for this
same reason. She used say she'd just drop off to sleep in the middle of the
day until she read an article about too much darkness. The brain thinks
because there is no light or hardly any, it is night time and time for bed.
This sort of happened to me as well. When I could see a tiny bit, I wore
sunglasses all the time and I guess because of the darkness I was sleepy.
Now I can't see at all and it happens to me the same. So I try to go out to
the sunlight more often to wake up. V

It's just a lamp that has a full spectrum light bulb in it. The bulb, which

is very bright, is supposed to resemble sunlight more closely than the bulbs

in regular incandescent or fluorescent lights. I'm sure you can get light
boxes at other places besides EBay. I was trying to save money on mine, but

you could check medical supply stores, places that sell lighting and lamps,
and I've even heard sources like Amazon and Target have the light therapy
boxes now. Good luck.
