Hi,

As I said previously, a baby will rarely get nipple confusion from 
introducing a bottle especially when you're already using a nipple shield as 
the nipples feel the same and the same thing comes out of them.  but I did 
forget a finger feeder which may be a great option for you if you don't want 
to use a bottle.  I used one with Colyn and it helped a lot.  If you can get 
one I would highly recommend it instead of a bottle.
