[blparent] falling asleep?

Is it warmth from light or warmth from heat with no light. I ask because
if it's no light, then simply sitting near a heating vent should do it.
If it's light, is it sunlight or some other type of light?

I hear it works for totally blind individuals. Something about the
warmth
on the face. v

Debbie, I wonder if this light box works for us who are totally blind?
I've
heard of it being used for SAD (seasonal affective disorder).
