[blparent] Car seats for children 1 year-old or older?

If you ride the bus, that's what you do. I've never seen anyone with small
children riding buses do anything else.

taxicabs are too expensive, and getting a ride with someone else isn't
always an option, unless you want ot work around someone else's schedule all
the time. I'll walk to place if i can, but not in below 0 weather. If
someone has other ideas for safely transporting small children on buses,
which is my main mode of transportation around here, that would be great.
