I sat her in her high chair and then scooped a little cereal on a flat baby
spoon.  I then  reached up with my other hand and found her mouth and gently
pushed the spoon in.  I only had to do this a few times because she got the
hang of it quickly and then she would try to put the spoon in her own mouth.
