[blparent] questions

Leslie,
I never knew a poopy diaper that didn't smell!
Having not used disposable diapers before I can't talk about how you
determine wetness, but some of the newer moms could give you pointers, I'm
sure.
Also, as for determining how much Michael eats, you might fill a bottle
(with a funnel) to a certain amount of formula. If memory serves, the little
juice bottles for baby juice are 2 oz; he probably would not be able to take
4 oz which used to be the size of the small bottles. And with the small
bottles, you might be able to feel the halfway point when you fill it to the
2 oz mark. You'll find yourself using your hands in all kinds of ways.
If your nurse would like to call me, she is welcome. I'm no expert and
didn't have premature kids but will help if I can.
Sharon
