I just reember that one scoop makes two fluid ounces, so if you have an 
eight ounce botle, you need four scoops to make eight fluid ounces.  It's 
not really a good idea to make up a whole bunch unlessyou are going to use 
it quickly, since it only lasts a couple of days in the fridge.
