This news is unfortunately premature. I just talk with our lawyer. The
Hearing has not officially been postponed. In fact, while the Juvenile
Justice folks say they want to drop the case, nothing has been signed, and
more importantly, the Department of Children's Services has said nothing
about granting custody to the parents. At the end of the day we may find
ourselves with a victory, but that is far from clear at the moment and the
lawyer still recommends we prepare for a hearing and that we develop a
strategy as to what we do next if Baby Mikaela is not returned to her
parents.

I just read this comment on our blind parents group.  Here it is!

I have great news to share with everyone. The state has dismissed their
petition. Tremaine will be getting her daughter Mikayla, back tomorrow. They
don't even have to attend the court hearing tomorrow. This rediculous
nightmare is finally coming to a happy ending. 
Thought everyone would like to know.
