     With all the talk of trampolines, treadmills, inflatable wheels etc. I thought the following might be of interest.

The above link take you to the Gizmag page where you can read about the Italtrike. This high end tricycle is adjustable for children 2-5, has a removable sun canopy and chain drive. Its supposed to be easier to get on too since it doesn't have a cross bar to climb over. Enjoy!
