Congratulations Vanessa. I love your daughters name!
I never found a reasonably priced stroller that could be pulled from behind, 
but I imagine some others might have suggestions.
I have relied heavily on wearing my daughter. When she was an infant I used 
a stretchy sleepywrap wrap and now use an Ergo-like carrier.
If babywearing might interest you this site was an insightful starting point 
for me.
