[blparent] toddler in crowds

[Elizabeth Cooks]

We're not talking about just wandering.  We're talking about someone who is 
going constantly and acts as if they're being driven by a motor.  there's a 
big difference.  That aside, that is an indicator, but certainly not theonly 
one.
