No, CPS doesn't have that right.  What you have there is a social worker who 
is overzealous, uneducated, and a complete moron if they think they can 
treat people in such a fashion. Even they know that is illegal.  They cannot 
take a couple's baby away withoug following rocedures.  Have this person get 
in touch with the NFB State President in her state or call the National 
center at 410-659-9314.  They can certainly help.
