Can you give me any more details. We want to adopt any baby from foster 
care, with or without disabilities. We were told because of our blindness 
that the state would not place an infant with us. We definitely want to 
adopt an infant. I know this is illegal. I know how to change diapers, and I 
can tell how much is in a bottle just by shaking it gently and feeling the 
weight. I could get different syringes for different amounts of medication. 
I could put on clothes, primarily by dressing from the feet up, and, at 
first, using a lot of sleepers. I know how to care for infants but I do not 
know how to prove this to the state of Michigan.
