I would say things like, we all use our spoon when eating soup, or our fork
when eating things that  can be stabbed.  You would say, here let me teach
you how to cut your meat or you would say, we all use a napkin when we get
food on our face or fingers.  You can also say, please use your knife or
this piece of bread to push your food onto the fork. How old is the child we
are talking about? V
