Hi Hai. Congrats on your new baby girl. Glad to hear she's doing well and
the breastfeeding is going along nicely so far. Be prepared for a lot of
sleepless nights and rest when you can. Take care and again, congrats!
Leslie

Subject: [blparent] Some exciting news to share

Good morning Leslie and all,
Song Nguyen Ly gave her first opinions of this world and her difficult
journey in to it yesterday morning at: 8:57 AM after a 36 hour labor
period. She weighed in at: 7.78 lbs and measured 20 inches also with a full
head of dark black hair. Although my wife Youme and I wanted an entirely
natural drug-free birth, we found it necessary to seek the aid of pittosin
after about 33 hours of labor for that last exhausting effort of delivery.
Presently, both Song and Youme are doing well. We'd decided that Youme was
going to breast feed and were pleasantly surprised that there were no issues
with getting Song to latch on for her first meal around 10:00 or so.
Ok, I think I've been away from the two of them long enough, I miss them
already. More questions and stories soon.
Hai.
