I will give you my fix for cabinets, if it is a double door, I took a shoe
string and tied them together.  And the ones that were single doors I
removed any contents that were harmful
 And let the boys have a play.

could provide recommendation on the brands/models of the following:
1. Outlet covers
2. Safety gates (both hardware and pressure mounted
3. Cabinet and drawer locks
Also, if you have any other recommendations and/or suggestions, please feel
