As for him waking up and screaming, it could be night terrors or it could be pain of some sort. 
Me, I'd let him sleep in bed with you but again, if you don't want to do that and he isn't sleeping, you do need to figure out what hill you're going to die on. Not sleeping is not an option for any of you.

I have a couple of questions... sorry, \

 

 

1 does your child remove his/her underware at night?

I can put Corban down for nap-time/or night-time, either in a pullup, or
Underware since he was like 12 ½ months when we started potty training!...

He just turned 2 October 14th, and this new thing started a week before.

He wants to sleep naked...he'll remove his undergarments, and pajamas... but,
wil stay dry all night.

I just don't want him to get into that habbet...

People told me to talk to my pedetritian, but what can she do... tell me to
superglue clothing on him?

 

2 Did your child ever wake up, screaming/crying uncontrollably?

Recently 2 months ago, Corban started waking, and screaming/crying
uncontrolabley, and has no intrest in going back to sleep?

Many people say, that I should give him a sleep aid... such as a childs
ambion, or something to help him sleep.

I disagree!...

I'v talked to my pedetritian, and she suggested a minor sleep-aid, and we
said no...way!

We went with ur better judgement... and just comfort him, I'v noticed, he
settles if he climbs into my bed... but, I don't want to get that habbet
started.
