[blparent] EXTERNAL: BL Parent: did, or does your child do this

Hi,

If you don't want him to get in to the habbit of sleeping in your bed, then don't let him sleep there. You may have to get up with him when he wakes at night if he won't go back to sleep. I'm pretty sure this is just a stage he's going through, so this might be an option. I can't remember but didn't you say at one point you had him sleeping in your bed? This is why he feels comfortable and settles well there. As for the sleeping naked issue, I think you're making a mountain out of a molehill there. Does it really matter if he likes to sleep naked if he's pretty well toilet trained? If you're like me and do laundry pretty much daily then just wash his sheets and blankets if he has an accident. Alternatively, you can get pajamas that button up the back, but if it were me I wouldn't waste my money because little kids have this amazing way of figuring out how to get out of their clothes if they don't want them on. smile

hth

Tammy

NO, that's not the issue!
I don't mind, as long as he's comfee.

The issue, is when he wakes at night, and ends up in my bed... I just don't
want him to get use to it!

Rhonda,
What habbit don't you want to start, him sleeping naked or him keeping his
clothes on.
If he's staying dry all night, I'd just let him sleep however he's
comfortable.
If this is a battle you want to engage in though, duct tape is your friend.
It works on diapers, and if you really want to go this route, put him back
in diapers.
You can also put sleepers on him backwards.
Really though I'm not sure why this is an issue if he's staying dry.

Hi Guys!

I have a couple of questions... sorry, \

1 does your child remove his/her underware at night?

I can put Corban down for nap-time/or night-time, either in a pullup, or
Underware since he was like 12 ½ months when we started potty training!...

He just turned 2 October 14th, and this new thing started a week before.

He wants to sleep naked...he'll remove his undergarments, and pajamas...
but,
wil stay dry all night.

I just don't want him to get into that habbet...

People told me to talk to my pedetritian, but what can she do... tell me to
superglue clothing on him?

2 Did your child ever wake up, screaming/crying uncontrollably?

Recently 2 months ago, Corban started waking, and screaming/crying
uncontrolabley, and has no intrest in going back to sleep?

Many people say, that I should give him a sleep aid... such as a childs
ambion, or something to help him sleep.

I disagree!...

I'v talked to my pedetritian, and she suggested a minor sleep-aid, and we
said no...way!

We went with ur better judgement... and just comfort him, I'v noticed, he
settles if he climbs into my bed... but, I don't want to get that habbet
started.

\i need SER\ious \help!

Thanks
