[blparent] some exciting news to share

Kathy,
What is hard for you? Seriously, what aspect is difficult? What problem
are you trying to solve? Is there some other issue aside from
blindness?
Do you and this mom just not have a good dynamic? You can only mentor if
the dynamic is right. Lastly, parenting is such a fuzzy thing. What
makes you believe that your experience and methods are more credible
then the mom you are dealing with?

I say this as someone who hasn't taken the Hadley course, nor do I plan
to. I am glad it is there, and at some point I may take a class fromt
hem, but not now.

I am so happy that this is such a well respected coures. It is so hard
for
me, being sighted working with someone who is blind that doesn't have
all
the resources or skills. We are getting through this together as best
we
can.
