[blparent] caring for Mommy

That is so common.
I use to ask:
"did you 2yo or 7yo take care of you?"
Or, I would say:
"My son takes care of me about as much as yours did you."

Here is one thing:
Even when we use a cane or a dog,
somehow, the fact that we are holding our child's hand
(and we do this for safety purposes for the child)
but sighted public immediately thinks that we are holding our child's hand so that they can guide us.

when we call our child to make sure that we know where our child is:
sighted public automatically thinks: "she is making sure her child is close in case she needs her child's assistance."

But, not liking these perceptions don't make them go away:
so after hiding from them in your own house for a while,
you might as well face them head on.
(from experience)
