The one I bought, now about 11 years ago, was from Independent living aids.
It talks and you can either put it under the armpit or under the tongue.
With tiny babies all the way up to young children, I think under the arm
works best.  You can now purchase talking thermometers that you just put on
the forehead and if I remember correctly, you can buy at Walmart.  If you
check our archives, someone gave the model number and all. V
