La Leche league is a great place to contact.  I never could use one of those
pillows for nursing.  I always felt that my baby was too low.  V

do you have a nursing pillow? if so, you might try laying him on it across 
your lap. breastfeeding is not easy. I ended up pumping exclusively for 22 
weeks because we were both so frustrated. I would really encourage you to 
find a good and open minded lactation consultant. I wish I had done this, as

I think it would have made all the difference for us.
