Here's another fun recipe that I've found kids like. I thought it was from
Cooks.com, which is a great recipe site. But I think I got it from
allrecipes.com, which I also like. The recipe uses boxed mac and cheese,
but it has healthier things in it as well, and you can experiment with
adding your own pizza toppings like different colored peppers and olives.
Use low-fat pepperoni, no one will know the difference!

Peppy Macaroni

1 (7.25 ounce) package macaroni and cheese dinner
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup pizza sauce
40 slices pepperoni
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Make mac and cheese. Fold in eggs. Spread macaroni mixture in bottom of 9
by 13 inch pan. Top with pizza sauce, pepperoni, cheese, or other toppings
of choice. Bake, uncovered, 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
