[blparent] Talking Thermometers?

Thanks. I think I have the same one you got 12 years ago, and it
works, but that kind of relates to my question: Are there newer,
faster models out there? This is one of the frustrating things about
blindness for me: Sighted people often have access to many more
options for simple apliances like this that perform much better than
the few that have been made accessible.
