I feel you on this, ours did the same thing and it sucks. My advise is to just take her to the doctor. If they ask for a temp just say 102 or some such, knowing that temperature changes. I wouldn't muck around with a neighbor or the ER, your peditritian should be able toget her in right quick. What matters is that you know she needs to be seen, not the exact number of body temp.

Hey Y'all,
Does anyone know of a talking thermometer sold in a normal store? walmart, kmart, target, walgreens? Mine chose 4am to die. Savannah is burning up. I've spent an hour trying to find the spare that obviously wasn't returned to where it belongs. I need something today, not in 3 to 5 business days.
