[blparent] talking thermometers?

I was in your boat last month. The upshot is that the thermometer showed up a lot quicker then I expected. What I'd suggest you do is monitor other vital signs, fluid input and output, food input and output, energy level, interest, breathing, stuff like that. It sucks, but not much you can do. Know that you always have the option of going to te doctor or hospital with her if something just doesn't feel right. Can I ask which virus? I'd bet you it's the same as my little girl had. If it isn't too late, I got a good thermometer from Maxi Aids. I ordered from Amazon. It is very accurate and takes a temp within seconds. I'll try to dig up the link for you if you want.

Rebecca,
Thank you. I need the thermometer to continue to keep track of her temps as
she has a virus and I'm doing what I can do. I've called local stores this
morning with no luck, so I've ordered online and will just have to wait for
it for actual numbers.
