I have written to a couple of members off list concerning the rough patch we 
went through yesterday. I decided to post today to say that I'm very 
heartened by the way listers have responded and regrouped.  It's great to 
see people softening their comments and questions, expressing appreciation 
for one another, and generally pulling down the emotional temperature  when 
it heads up to fever pitch.  Way to go, guys!
