[blparent] measuring liquids for bottles

I found it easier to make up the bottles at home, before I went out on any
kind of an excursion. That way they were always ready, so I didn't have to
deal with finding a place to get water and measure it, or risk making a mess
somewhere besides in my own house. Maybe it's just my planning ahead type
of personality, but even now I feel more comfortable bringing an insulated
container with a travel cup of milk from home, plus some snacks, so that I
have what I need exactly when I need it, and I don't have to depend on help
that may or may not be reliable while away from home.

unjustified terror which paralyzes needed efforts to convert retreat into
advance."--Franklin D. Roosevelt
