They have it in cans, where all you do is open the can and pour.  They also 
have concentrated, where you just add a can of water to a can of formula and 
it's done.  They also have the pre-made bottles where you can just add a 
nipple and you're ready to feed.  If you look, Sam's Club has them, Walmart. 
You can also order them and a lot of other awesome things at diapers.com.

Where did you find ready to drink formula?  I used what I got from the
hospital, but I never found it in a store at all.
