There is  agroup called Eats On Feets where moms donate milk. It is unregulated and is based on the mindset that if you'd give it to your baby, the milk is fine for someone else's baby.

I don't know about that particular site, but yes, there are a number of milk 
banks around the country that accept donated milk, pasteurize it, and make 
it available to preemies. I would love to be able to do this at some point. 
I think there are also some private groups that do not pasteurize the milk.

I don't know what sites you found regarding breastmilk, but two that have 
been helpful to me are www.workandpump.com and www.kellymom.com. Bookshare 
also has a number of books on breastfeeding and other pregnancy and 
childbirth topics.
