Absulutely you will know when something isn't right. When mark was eighteen days old he developped and infection. Sighted people thoutht he was okay but we knew he wasn't. At first he cried for three hours and then slept more than he should have and barely ate. He was way to quiet. He was already a baby that loved being held and liked being awake. If you know your babies behaviors even at a very young age you will detect when things just don't feel like. Learn to trust yourself.
