Hi Brandy and anyone thinking about gluten free recipes,
i was looking for apple crisp recipes. I have some apples and want the
warm taste of apple crisp.
And, i found this one from
The Messy Chef
I think she has a website with other gluten free recipes.

Here's the recipe:
let me know if you try it and how it works.

**Individual Flourless Apple Crisp

Ingredients
3 large organic honey crisp apples (or 6 medium granny smith)
2 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp ground cloves
½ tsp ground nutmeg
½ Cup agave nectar or honey
1 Tbsp arrowroot powder (Cornstarch will work, if you can't find the powder)
2 ¼ Cup gluten free rolled oats
1 Cup almonds, crushed
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground nutmeg
½ tsp ground ginger
½ Cup agave nectar or honey
2 Tbsp grapeseed oil
1 tsp vanilla extract (gluten free)

12 muffin tins
1 muffin pan

Directions
Preheat the oven to 300˚.
Peel and chop the apples into bite-sized pieces.
In a large saucepan over medium heat, mix the apples, first round of
cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, agave nectar (or honey), and
arrowroot powder.
Cook this, stirring every minute or so for about 10-12 minutes (the
liquid should be thick and bubbly and the apples should be a little
crisp).
In the meantime, in a medium-sized mixing bowl, stir together the
oats, almonds, second round of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
Add the second round of agave nectar (or honey), oil and vanilla
extract and stir until well combined.
Prepare the muffin tins in the muffin pan.
Fill each tin about 2/3 of the way full with the hot apple mixture.
Top each tin with enough of the granola mixture so that it’s even with
the top of the muffin tin (make sure you can see some of the paper so
its easy to pull out of the pan after its done).
Place the muffin pan in the oven for 40-45 minutes, checking every 15
minutes to make sure its not getting too brown.
Pull the pan out of the oven and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
Serve. This makes 12 individual apple crisps.
