The prob with alfalfa tabs, they are not good for peeps that have or are on
blood thinners. But on the otherhand, they are a natural diaretic.

Alfalfa tablets or capsules are also really good for clearing sinuses.  I 
always keep a bottle on hand and almost always use them in place of 
commercially packaged sinus remedies.
