[blparent] [Bulk] ideas for traveling in the rain

To All!

Thanks for the ideas. They are all helpful. I'm going to incorporate
some of these ideas when it rains next. It doesn't pour here too
often, but when it comes down it can be pretty crazy trying to travel
in the rain--let alone with a kid.
